Another excellent workshop! We concentrated on the”Martial” & striking aspects of Chen Taiji. Master Chen worked us very hard on Saturday, a GREAT workout.
Thanks to Master Chen, Brother Gord & Sister Barb and their Victoria school sibblings

Thanks for coming up. After you left, we did more applications in the afternoon. It was nice of Michael to tape the session. When the video is ready, I will let you know. We mainly worked on (showed) how to find and use the dot on the opponent’s body.
