This is a very important video that I highly recommend. The instruction is very clear and precise. Understanding is further aided by the insightful camera angles (was the downward facing ceiling camera held by a student stuck up there as a result of Master Chen issuing fajing?!). Teaching your body to consistently move and energize in the methods taught will give you high level skill. Thank you for posting.
