Keep a lid on power

by Chen Zhonghua on 2014/01/25

Power always goes upwards. Wherever the power is, there must be a lid on top of it to keep it down and keep it from leaking out.

The three normal lids are:

  1. The waist keeps the power of the lower body from lifting up.
  2. The shoulders keep the power of the chest from lifting up.
  3. The head keeps the power of the whole body from lifting up.
