Hello all,
a profound Video with so clear instructions for developing more Substanz in the Circle. That Video helped me out with a lot of details I was not clear about.
A “Must Have” !

Thank you, I can view the whole video now. This is a gem, a must for anyone who really want to execute the positive circle correctly.
Just a couple of example.
Master Chen had demonstrated a very subtle process clearly and visibly,
15.33 “”every stretch has to have a pivot point, the pivot point is behind that stretch””.
And with the help of the rubber tube, and hand on demonstration, explained a difficult concept in a simple and easily understand manner,
24.14 “”the replacement stretch”” stretch from one leg to the other without any movement, and the top never moves.
Thank you Master Chen, hopefully my circles will be different from now on.
Highly recommended

I found this video very helpful related to the concept of creating “space” by maintaining 2 points and stretching, arching, concaving the body proportionally in relation to size of push. It seems this allows Master Chen to reduce the force to a manageable level where he can match, creating a center. Once a rotational axis is established as “point of reference” it seems as if the perpendicular “plane” (or at least the illusion of one, almost like having a third leg behind you) can be maintained by the subtle shifting of the center axis’s so the opponent can never make him into a flat one dimensional plane. Power is always diverted directly down through the feet to the ground. I would imagine if this axis were a “dot” in dantien instead of a “line” it would add even more flexibility, manueverability, and dimensionality to it. In the “Horse Stance” mini lesson video Master Chen explains in more detail the switching between center axis and the two kua and let’s us see very clearly visually what is going on and how the joint rotations in this area create opportunity to make space to utilize switching. Many, many other important points in these videos as well!

This video proves that noone can accuse Master Chen of throwing his weight around! The Method has been a great revelation. Much to practise.
