These are some of the local people and the people who arrived already from other countries. We have people coming from the UK, Belgium, Germany, Finland and Scotland. Worked on drills to do Elbow in without moving the hand. Change push into a pull.

Summer Session for Full Time Training on Daqingshan has started with the arrival of Master Chen. He will be in China til the end of May and then back in August.
There are long hiking trails around Daqingshan mountain where visitors can explore
Even though it is still cold, many students attend the workshop.There is also discipleship ceremony, push hand tournament and calligraphy during the weekend
GM Hong Jun Sheng’s grave was relocated to this new site in Jinan. Carved around the statue are the names of the disciples
Hi all, so this is my Yilu first section, basically learning it from video. Corrections, pointers etc very much appreciated. Only recently realized how good the form practice is to grind the principles.
