I believe this is the first time Master Chen is lecturing on the second form (erlu, cannon fist, 炮捶) in Ottawa. I like to thank the organizers (Rachelle, Daniel and James) in advance for this great opportunity obtain some new insight in Chen Taijiquan. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the workshop.
