3 count positive circle
-maintain equal size in all 3 counts
-initially how you feel and shape doesn’t matter
-count 1 & 3 is easy, 2nd is difficult
-2nd count, turn with the waist , front kua must come out
1st count of positive circle only front section of body is involved
2nd count of positive circle, front and middle sections of body are involved
3rd count of positive circle, all 3 sections of body are involved
3 count negative circle
1st count of negative circle all 3 sections of body are involved
2nd count of negative circle only front two sections of body are involved
3rd count of negative circle only front section (hand) is involved
Half horse stance
Rear kua has to rotate backwards so that front kua can aim up
At right size when you hold the stance, floor becomes slippery, hold it till count to 10 and try to hold it again
All the bones have to be the part of structure or one can’t hold it long enough
#Theory
In regular work one can retire but there is no retirement in taiji, it stays with you till you exist
