Hi there

I am interested in taking lessons at your establishment. Although I have a few questions beforehand.
What times are classes held at? (2 hours per week is the maximum I can do)
How big are class sizes?
What is the best way to learn tai chi for somebody with no experience?
What are the benefits of tai chi?

Thank you for reading my E-mail.

Hello Daren – Each class is 2 hours in length and our operation times are early evening Monday and Tuesday 4:30 to 6:30pm and later evening Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 8:30pm. We also have a Wednesday am class from 10 to noon and a Saturday class from 9:30 to 11:30am.
The best way to learn Taiji is to come to our classes and there are physical and mental health benefits that are immense. Click on Edmonton Class Schedule and you will find the information re times.
Best wishes, Allan
