Kelvin Ho, Master Chen Zhonghua's 97th disciple, is the instructor for Practical Method Toronto. He has been teaching and promoting the Practical Method system in Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Canada since 2011. He has received numerous medals in various Taiji competitions. Hi Ken, could you give us more detail on your comment? It’s a little difficult to respond to it without more context, thanks!
In general we want to have a nimble quality to our movement, but that is something that comes after training ourselves to be very tight, and very heavy. Master Chen Zhonghua gave a lecture in China on this topic, and the paraphrased article is here:
