In the brief ceremony at 6:30 pm at Quanzhou Chen Zhonghua Taiji Academy, Chen Zhonghua Taiji was authorised to teach in public parks and communities in the city of Quanzhou, Fujian, China. President of the Quanzhou Taiji Association, Mr. Wei Xiannong officially made the announcement. Master Chen Zhonghua received the official plaque on behalf of the Quanzhou Chen Zhonghua Taiji Academy.

The is the 13th Chen Zhonghua Practical Method workshop in Quanzhou. Quanzhou Chen Zhonghua Taiji Academy was established by Zhuang Yan, a disciple of GM Chen Zhonghua.
