1.Practice two discs rotating, torso and arm, a straight line comes out. One piece, proportion. 2. Add forward stepping. 3. To feel the move of the kua, lift the front heel and kick the heel out, causing the torso to rotate, lock the head and hand and feel the stretch through the kua and whole body.
Dimension, two dots fixed, straight line, create curve without bending, you create more dimensions within. Bow. Fix 18 places and move one place, the more places you can fix, the less place you move, the better, in the end, only move one dot.

I use Yuxin‘s numbers, so that it’s clear we’re talking about the same thing.
1.It’s not possible to rotate if we have only one disc. We need two.
We‘re doing the move from the inside of the two discs (elbow and rips, one dot), the move is showed on the outside.
This move has no meaning/function. We are only rotating two discs, no intentions of application. It‘s a preprogrammed move, not a reflexed move. Whatever the opponent does, the body does not respond, only rotates. It rotates because the body is so tight, it cannot do anything else, but rotating.
The center is on the front shoulder-kua line. The pivot becomes empty, it does not catch any part of the body. This is reason why the opponent cannot feel anything, only the impact.

Dimensions:
A curve has no indentation/bending and no protrusion/popping.
Bending means there is a corner.
The two dots (straight line) of the curvature are in the same dimension, but the curve is in another dimension. It‘s off, but not off. There is a connection. The relationship is kept. A physical example on the body can be the straight line between hand and shoulder. The elbow is in another dimension. Whenever we make move, the relationship must be kept. The only move that keeps the relationship is a rotation.
