Thank you for sharing your story of realisation; it is very important to share these experiences with your classmates and your teacher (CZH).
One small thing; it’s an issue of language – the elbow does not lead. You corrected this later in your video: the shoulder sinks (and therefore is leading). The elbow is always moving inward. The sounds created by local power vs indirect power are immensely different in quality, thank you again for your story and experience!
