2019 Review

  • Focused my practice on not moving the hand (outside), and only move the kua (inside). It was documented initially in this article.
  • Taught a new sword class on Sundays
  • By the end of 2019, there are regular group practices on weekdays and two classes on the weekends
  • Organized Master Chen’s Toronto Workshop in March and September
  • Organized Night of Push Hands on Mar. 2, 2019
  • Attended 3 workshops (two in Toronto, one in Iowa)
  • Taught an introductory taiji course at York University
  • Held an open house in Sep 2019
  • Performed at Fountain of Youth Qi Taiji event on Nov. 23, 2019
  • Ran my first push hands workshop on Dec. 8, 2019
  • Held an experience class at Channels of Wellness clinic on Dec. 29, 2019

2020 Goals

  • Complete 6000 Yilus
  • Learn Broadsword
  • Increase 50% more students
