This animation is an example how a complete rotation is generated by linear movement.
Master Chen once said that the waist only rotates in one direction throughout the entire circle. Each half is supposed to be completed by pushing from each foot. Front foot for elbow in, and rear foot for hand out.
That’s why there is never a reset after the first half, and asking how to reset is a common question for people who are just starting to learn the positive circle.
