Practical Method in Shanghai 2014

I made my first stop in Shanghai last year on my way to Sydney, Australia and met up with Ni Jian, the only student of Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method.

Another excuse gave me an opportunity to step over in Shanghai again this year on March 12, 2014 on my way to Daqingshan.

Here are some pictures of our small group practice in the People’s Park in Shanghai.
