this really seems to be a very important lecture. As usual Master Chen explains things very clearly. And while the video is otherwise very well done , clear with decent audio, there are a few places where the visual aspect of the teaching is less clear because it disappears out of the frame. I’d love to see this aspect of training done again with perhaps a little more attention to keeping important demonstrations in the frame

Love the material in the video. As always, it is top notch in value. My only complaint, which I have for some of the videos, is that the people operating the camera do not do a very good job. In this video, most of the video is shot too close, and half the action is not even shown. Very frustrating. A video taken from further back would have been much more helpful. Again, I love the material. But it is frustrating when the video could be so much better if someone who understood zoom in and zoom out was operating the camera. In some other videos I have bought, no one changes the direction of the camera as the action moves out of range. Fortunately, someone did monitor where the camera pointed, but again, it’s zoomed in too much, obscuring much important information. Regardless, the info in these videos in my opinion is the best there is out there. I just wish the level of filming was as high in quality as the information being presented.

Just to be more clear, I totally recommend purchasing this video. It is excellent. And the majority of Master Chen’s videos, of which I own close to 100, are filmed well and do not have this type of issue.

Unequivocally the best video produced on the subject of the mechanics, science and application of the practical method. It is an enlightening and thorough demonstration of the logic and concepts of the form.
