7. Six Sealing and four closing exercise. Explained why the hands cannot move. Focused on rotating the front kua vertical rod to produce a rotation that gives the power. No movements of the arms.
8. Worked on opening the shoulder blade joint.

Another fantastic workshop. So great to see so many brothers and sisters, new and old, young and not quite as young, from all over.
Lots of work to do. No pain no gain.
I have a lot to learn but worth the trip, jetlag and the way I was welcomed by the Maple Ridge group was very warm. So many Thanks to all of you.
