对, 肩窝向里陷(与胯合住), 背部撑满劲, 肘向内合住劲, 腿不要晃动(上动下不动). 与对方联成一体后, 破坏对方的劲路(夺势在争脉).
肩膀不动, 我的理解是肩膀不晃荡.
昨天的课上陈老师讲的拳理, 拳法真实明白. 有缘的人一定珍惜呀!
