Brennan Toh set a new record of 150 Yilus in one day on June 26th, 2011. Two days before his taiji brother Steven Chan left. Steven previously set a record of 124 in one day. Yilu repetition is designed to train body endurance and integrity. It was said that Chen Fake did 25 yilus a day for many years consistently. Way to go, Brennan!
Tomek Raganowicz of Poland completed 1000 Yilus on Daiqngshan from May 16, 2011 to July 19, 2011. Congratulations, Tomek!

Congrats to both of you. Well done!
Thanks Gino.
Actually that 1000 was completed from the 1st of June!
And you have small contribution to it because I started counting my yilus on the 1st of June after seeing that you put small mark in your notebook after each repetition. Remember?
Greetings from DQS,
Tomek
Videos added, I noticed great improvement in both of them due to their diligent practice here on Daqingshan.
Bravo Brenan, you are a different person now.
Great job. Brennan.
How long did it take to finish the 150 yilu? Did you sleep at all that day? Could you get out of the bed the next day?
Congratulations!
Keep rocking Brennan.
Brennan: Impessive!
Tomek: Great progress! Besczak! π
Thanks guys,
It took me all day to finish the Yilu’s from 3am till 11:30pm. But then I slept for 14 hours the day after, so by the time I woke up I was feeling pretty refreshed! Being on Daqingshan has been great for the instructions and the necessary time to work on my Yilu and Taiji. Still, it’s not the same without everyone here, I hope to see all of you again!
