He only reviews the “cleansing” & the “opening/closing of the 3 dan tian” movements, but those are discussed in depth. Each for approx. 30 minutes. Simply having the opportunity to observe his grace and connection makes the video worthwhile!
Master Yang was very thorough in his teaching. His whole 12-form took 5 hours of instruction.
