Today Master Chen reinforced a point of Push Hands with me. All the lessons that have been mentioned in class lately and our last weekend Seminar is to look for a line and activate a stretch. Further to that principal was to not fight the opponent, but to follow their move while adjusting your alignment. Once the correct horizontal alignment is achieved, only adjust vertically to complete your move. The result is that no muscle has been used and your opponent is “moved”. Physics and alignment triumph again!
