Daniel Mroz in France in June 2010

by Chen Zhonghua Taiji Academy on 2010/07/31

Daniel Mroz gave a workshop in Brittany, France in June, 2010. The workshop was for a theatre ensemble, Teatr Piba, who work in the Breton language, a minority language in France.
The workshop was on voice and movement work for theatre artists and Daniel Mroz taught some fundamentals of Taiji, which is reflected in the photos.
The details of the workshop (in French) appear here on the company’s website: http://teatrpiba.com/actu.php?lang=fr&id=94 And here on my friend Erwan’s martial arts and theatre blog (also in French): http://la-pratique-sauvage.over-blog.com/article-actualites-53607277.html

This was a real pleasure to do. I’m going back in October. Hopefully we can find a way to add a stop in Brittany to Master Chen’s European tour schedule! D.

PS The photos were taken by Anne-Sophie Zika; if you are ever in Brest and need an excellent photographer…
