Somes note roughtly two and a half months after the yilu corrections.

Noticed that:

– some questions about the correctness of yilu detailed choreography are now clear. Much in line with /similar fashion of the latest weekly online yilu classes.

– my training became more intense although I do not feel as if I put more power in my yilus. I am now sweating as much after 5 yilus than before after 10. All tightens in more in my continuous eforts not to move, open joints and make rotations. It just is a natural power that i need to follow, the right road. Maybe this is the wrong notion.

– one advise stood by me and is generating more power to certain movements (without slack). Any time my upper body is turning it should be the result of one leg pumping hard in the floor. without going up or sideways (avoiding double heavy). Because the power has no where to go it causes the upper body to turn (left leg for left side upper body turns and vice versa). It also is difficult because sometimes I feel to be not in the position to push the leg eventhough the body must turn according to yilu choregraphy.

– It occured a few times I feel a certain pain on top of the ball of the leg joint (upper part of femur, inside kua) joint that makes me leave my effort. It was during the first minute of training during the foundations. Following instructions I continue this exersize, but avoiding the pain I cannot bear, though it is not a damaging pain. Just makes me want to give away the compression power from the joint put on it by following the instruction of turning from the joint. After some time I do not feel the pain is `close ` anymore and start to compress and squeeze more to bear out the energy that is inside of me trying to use a lot of power. Maybe I am completely wrong. I will look for information about this point among my peers.
