Enjoyed this video, looks like it is not a good idea working out with weights when on the Practical Method program.
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen/heard Master Chen mention this problem.
The key to using shoulder is not letting it tighten, and this require more awareness of what it is doing. If the shoulder tightened up, then only shoulder power is used instead of the whole body.
