Yes, you can edit the date of the entries after you enter them, the edit button is the green one in the List Records page

For a new record, the submit time is pre-populated with the current date/time, you may change it to a previous date/time before pressing the submit button. For example, if you have totals for 2012, you may put in a new record with a “submit time” of 2012-12-31 00:00:00.

Wikin, where would you enter “year since” field? I started in 2014. Thanks, Albert

When you enter a record, it will be set to the current date. But when you edit your entry you can change the submit date. So if you want to just enter the total for last months you can change the submit date to the past months

The “year since” reflects the year of the your first record. If you put in a record for “2012-12-31 00:00:00” then your “year since” will be 2012.
