If you don”t care what practitioners of Taijiquan wrote about it 150 years ago, this is tagged as Difficulty-3. It is not that it is particularly difficult, but you need some solid foundation upon which to build this skill. However, knowing the theory before you able to apply the skill prepares you to recognize how and when to learn the skill.
