This is a very very important video because, it not only gives very clear guidelines for the correct use of power, and the procedure to gradually connect the front hand to the rear foot, but also, describes the most important move in Chen Taiji that is the core of the system. Some of the topics discussed are: ‘ to bear out ‘, ‘ projected force ‘ , ‘ power in empty space’, ‘seek the straight line inside the curve ‘, ‘ splitting yin and yang ‘, ‘ three way split ‘, ‘ compounding force ‘ , ‘ finding the zero point ‘ and instruction on ‘ twisting the towel ‘ , which is the pure foundation for the Six Sealing Four Closing Move. A must have video with very clear explanations and demonstrations.

One of the coolest videos out there, beyond explain twisting the towel in great detail, it taks about the nature of power and how to train. Like bruce said, its a must have.
