Two person constant pressure training

by Mat Beausoleil on 2013/12/25

This is a very beneficial training method that focuses on sticking your energy and connecting to an opponent while you are in movement.

One person should focus on locking the body and absorbing the incoming push by stretching out in every direction. This creates the rock hard feeling of pushing against a wall as the energy is dissipated throughout the connected/stretched body and rebounded off the floor.

The second person should push into the opponent and be sensitive to the amount of power and pressure that is being applied. Then, without releasing this pressure the body should move around into different positions WITHOUT changing the pressure of the push.
