really exceptional video !!! on converting energy — “…. if you don’t move it, you must activate other parts of your body…and that’s crucial…. when you are able to activate other parts of your body, you have converted your body movements to be something different than your normal, natural actions….and that’s what we are trying to learn….” — CZH
This video has greatly assisted me with my positive circle and filled in crucial gaps of my understanding.
As with many of the other videos that I have seen so far, this video has introduced a few other concepts that I definitely will have to spend some more time researching, investing and training in. Concepts such as “fire schedule”, positive to neutralise and negative to issue (shun chan and ni chan – please correct me if I am wrong), and the analogy of “your spoon has to catch the soup”.
Another great and high quality instructional video!
Highly recommended. The mechanics of the positive circle are very detailed and well explained. I’m starting to get it.
