To experience “two ceilings”, wedge your thigh under a picnic table, push upward against the table, then, you have the “waist ceiling.” If you don’t have the “waist ceiling,” you don’t have the “crown ceiling” either.

Thank you Ping for this tip. Before trying this, my sense of a “waist ceiling” was weak at best. After trying this, and a couple dozens yilus, I feel like my sense of both ceilings is stronger. And, I am managing to keep that feeling throughout more of the form, not all of it, but, more.
