Thank you Wilkin for posting this video to be shared by all, and also thank you Ping Wei for having hosted this great workshop at your home giving those of us present so much direct access to the teachings and instructions from Master Chen.
I suppose for me, the key takeaway from that session presented in this video was the instruction that one body part cannot do two things; and when it comes to rotation and revolution specifically, one body part can do the rotation but then a different body part would have to be responsible for making the revolution. What other Taiji school or system even begins to cover such concepts??
I am very grateful to have been the one to have gotten the opportunity to attempt to execute and apply this concept and even more so to have Master Chen guide me through it using examples familiar to me from dance, music, and rhythm!
