Master Chen’s skill is only matched by his generosity. It will take me years to digest all he taught me and let me feel in this one hour lesson. Of course all I want to do is find a way to get another opportunity to train with him again, as soon as possible….

Hi Master Chen,

What are the 8 things that Hong figured out that are unique to the Practical Method? At the end of the video you mentioned

1) 45 degrees
2) know where your opponent’s tailbone points

what are the rest (3~8) and where can I read about these concepts?
