A short introduction to the bang and its usage through the demo and details of three basic exercises. Relative positions of the head, elbow and hands are explained. The how-to and purpose of the antagonistic twisting movements of the hands are made clear. In short, a good quick introduction to get started with the correct practice of the bang (less than eight minutes in length).
Excellent introduction to using the Taiji Bang- very clear demonstration of the three basic exercises to introduce you to this device and the yin yang split involved. Great for developing wrists and using the body correctly centred, but active.
