Thanks Jay and Bruce for your comments. Nick is an excellent instructor. I have learnt a great deal from him. I find that taking video is good for us to review it objectively. I thought I have extended my limbs but acutally not. My elbow should always point towards dantian. Flagmentation may be the way to go.
