  • Review of the 13 moves.
  • Checked Yilus for those who completed it.
  • Explain in detail the hand-elbow relationship.
  • How the points/joints align.
  • Timing in taiji movements. Did one push 1,2,3 exercise.
  • Push Hands.
  • Allow students to push with Chen Zhonghua on the last day. Full afternoon.

Kelvin Ho, Master Chen Zhonghua's 97th disciple, is the instructor for Practical Method Toronto. He has been teaching and promoting the Practical Method system in Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Canada since 2011. He has received numerous medals in various Taiji competitions. Hi Master Chen, Gong Xi Fa Cai, and I hope all is well with you.
Kelvin asked what we would like to cover during the seminar. I
have thought about that for a bit, and, if it makes sense, I would
like to learn more about the 3 rings of TaiJi, and also further
instruction on the dimensionality, the thin-ness and thick-ness of a
structure – you discussed about how to add more dimensions, I would
really love to have that instruction again.
