1. At 1:09 the right elbow is protruding.
2. The end of “White Crane” which is the fixed posture. In this move your front leg/foot retreated too late.
3. At 1:30 make sure the spine is erect and strong and make a clear rotation before moving the body.
4. At 2:04 going into the punch. The punch is too low. It is not fully extented.
5. Very good overall. The spine/torso line is starting to be separated.

Easier to watch now with youtube stabilization, good job, but aren’t we supposed not to look at the hand (e.g in white crane)
