I have been practicing the , trying to make sure that I am leading w/ the front kua on each move. It makes the moves feel different.
Leading with the front kua makes it feel like the other pieces of the puzzle (that you teach) fit together. Leading with the front kua makes it feel like it is easier to get the feeling of “filling concrete” and pulling myself forward with the front leg (instead of pushing myself forward with the back foot).
I’m just checking in to see if I am on the right track.
