I can only watch this video until 4:18 and then it will reset to the beginning. Can Admin fix this video problem?

Sorry for this problem on the HD version of the movie, I believe the normal resolution movie should work fine, Master Chen will replace the HD version when he gets back from Europe

Thank you, Master Chen. The video is absolutely fantastic! Explanations and demonstrations are explicitly clear! I’m so happy to hv understood the principles behind converting horizontal movements into vertical energy! The power of quick moving feet and locking the core-centre in Yin Yang Reversal movements with fixed height is simply amazing! I’ve now understood why this method is so powerful. Now the difficult part is to practise the movements in the correct way!! This video has helped me understand certain techniques used in the Practical Method clearly! Thumbs up!

Master Chen on converting energy—-“….every horizontal movement must be converted into a vertical movement, and it is difficult to convert because you don’t have a back”—-“because your feet are on the floor, once you find the relationship between your foot and your head, you have a vertical alignment….”
