Great! You learned extrem well and detailed…I am very happy to see my brother on this Side!
What I missed was the “slowness and joy of testing out the moves…looks a little to fast for me….I would take my time…
I put in on Youtube ok? 😉
Cant wait to start training with you…lets see how good I can learn from the vids..

Hi Hendrik !
Thanx for the comment. Well, I think that’s just the beginning, there is now a lot of work to do on this taolu.
Just the recent days I got some very interessting corrections from Master Chen Zhonghua according to the rotations in the joints and the postion of all body parts.
It’s getting very complex now, seperation of Yin and Yang everywhere in the body, eliminating the movements of the shoulders, not being too lose, conecting everything to the pivoting points, arms and legs, …
According to the speed I’ve to mention, the way we use to practice the whole form tend to be much faster than both of us have been used to before. But when working on single moves and special aspects it is slow as well.
I personally still like to do the whole form very slow as well.

Go ahead learning with the videos of Master Chen in advance, I can highly recomment the Videos “Yilu – detailled instructions” (

)and “Energy Alighnments”.
You are so advanced with your gongfu in general, I think you can use both of these videos at the same time and go through the form step by step.

So see u soon in sweet home Bavaria,
Nice greetings from Daqingshan,
Micha

Hi Bettina,
Thank you very much for the comment. Yes, when I’m back in Berlin we will go straight ahead to learn “Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method”. Meanwhile I’ll try to pick up as much as possible from Master Chen here on Daqinshan.
I can highly recomment the videos mentioned above and check the Youtube channel “Practicalmethod” as well. Lot’s of inspiration there, you can see the master himself demonstrating that style.
Go for it and see you soon,
Micha

Wow. Smooth enough for me. And it looks like you’re catching some tango along the way. So hopefully you’ll hand us down some of it in August. Meanwhile serenely wolkenhänding in the Grunewald, all the best, m2.
