Today Master Chen started with Foundation exercises led by Allan Belsheim and then the group worked on Yilu repetitions with several important corrections. Flash the Back 1 and 2 in the form were broken down to show the correct movement. Basic Drills for Push Hands were also done allowing the 3 important steps to be clearly felt and learned. DON”T FIGHT was the key concept to stop our natural tendency to push using brute strength. We finished the day by doing the last few Yilu’s to make at least 10 completed. Exhausted, but happy we ended at 5PM.
