Sword practice:
  1. Positive circle sword and then swing the arms as a bear hand practice of the same exercise.
  2. Pushing the sword against each other to train the maintaining of the same weight.
  3. Pointing the sword. (Dian jian).
  4. How to push the two feet alternatively into the Dantian. This is not a sword exercise. Later add a moving step exercise for this.
  5. Push hands in the afternoon.

Dear Joseph,

for me the workshop was great! Thank you.
I really learned a lot and ofcourse there is also still much to learn. I got a lot of material to work with (at least a couple of years :-))
