Sword practice:
- Positive circle sword and then swing the arms as a bear hand practice of the same exercise.
- Pushing the sword against each other to train the maintaining of the same weight.
- Pointing the sword. (Dian jian).
- How to push the two feet alternatively into the Dantian. This is not a sword exercise. Later add a moving step exercise for this.
- Push hands in the afternoon.
