Hi,
Your website used to have a much larger selection of videos and books. I am particularly interested in the following:
Hunyuan Qigong instructional videos (I think there were 2).
.
Energy alignment videos for Yilu form.
Are these still available?
Thanks,
Scott
Hi Scott, you can find the energy alignment videos on this page http://practicalmethod.com/recommended-video-shop/
In Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang book on Hunyuan Qigong he refers to the XINGGONG point on top of the head in exercise 1. Lower the Qi and Cleanse Internally. This point is not included in the diagrams included in his book. Could you please tell me more precisely where this point is located?
Thank you,
Joel
Joel generally ‘point at the top of the head’ universally means the baihui point.
Here check this out:

I’m not sure if thats the case, but its something.
Cheers
Hi Scott,
I was looking for the qigong video(s) and literature. Jut like Scott, I remember seeing them available just a short time ago. Any chance you can share the link, because I cannot locate the information?
Kind regards,
John Crow
Sorry for the incorrect name in my greeting…
There a are a few instructional videos on this website. I strongly recommend you search on “Detailed Hunyuan Qigong Online Video Trailer”. This one is narrated Master Chen and has very clear detail. The actual title on the video is “Detailed Instructions of Hunyuan Qigong”.
