The sound is terrible, but the content is good. I always buy these ‘basic’ videos because ‘you cannot build a house without foundation’, and honestly i never feel like i completely understood the principles, or foundations in general.
But maybe thats just me, mostly feeling like an underacomplished, confused student.
Either way, i really liked this one, its the first video i see were master Chen deliberately says, you should be equally strong on the 3 lines, in the ‘out with hand’ part of the circle.
I always found that, unless thats the case, the rear overwelms the front and you topple.

On a side note, next time you guys should pre-edit the video and mute the parts where the audio freaks out, its quite annoying.

I wish I had watched this video first, haha. A lot of the theory that I was not sure about were explained clearly, especially where the intent is in the positive circle.
