About Hong Kong

Since Aug 2010 I have became an indoor disciple of Master Chen Zhonghua. I am now the 20th generation of disciple in the Chen Taiji. Effectively, I am a product of the Chen Style Taiji Practical Method.

Up until that point, I have taken mostly private lessons with my master for five years prior.

For the last two years, I have participated in the training at Daiqingshan, where I trained with not only the best from Shandong, but also the best champions from our school.

There are many activities that makes me feel more fulfilled than sharing my Taiji knowledge.

自2010年八月起我當了陳中華師父的入室弟子、我是陳式太極拳的20代傳人。我受是陳式太極拳實用拳法。

此前的五年我與師父上的大部分是私人課。

每年，我也參加了大青山的訓練進修。在山上不單與山東的名家學習，更有我們學校精英陪同練習。

我很樂意與你的分享我的太極知識。
