This is a must-purchase video. It is full of great reminders for all of us that have the had the opportunity to touch and work with Master Chen. It will make you want to quit your job, leave your spouse/family and practice all day. Looking forward to more of this at the Toronto, January 2015 seminar in less than 2 weeks! Matt
This video is indeed great, normally you have to search the many videos for tidbits concerning the kua moves.
This is one 8 min long, solid teaching on the kua and its angle, position and behavior. Nothing that is presented is any bit trivial, specially the solidity that master Chen demonstrates.
Great purchase. If you are looking for a kua lesson on applications, you’ve found it.
