1. Create a Stick and Move the opponent 2. Maintain Line, Squeeze Spot with Application Exercises
In my view, this instructional video is more suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners of the Practical Method. It contains detailed instructions and demos of several key applications based on leverage (e.g., “scissor” or “see-saw”) which is a key aspect of the Practical Method. However, the most interesting to me is the application using a one-touch configuration at around the ?:00 mark that is probably a unique aspect of the Practical Method, as taught by Master Chen Zhonghua, that makes it appear so magically effective. It is about stability, leverage and a compressive spiral (rotation and direction). Much grateful to Master Chen for making this precious video available to all.
