Hi Michael,

I missed the time we all have on DQS. It will be nice to meet up again next year, let me know when you are going.

Like your Yilu demo. I didn’t do my after all, may be next year.

Have a good time in Hong Kong with Master Chen,
Lin Lin

I am planning to bring my son Lawrence this time. Have to check with his school for the time table next year. Looking forward to see you again.

There is so much knowledge and experience to obtain from Master Chen’s Practical Method workshop in learning the Yi Lu in such a short time, even though it is just a small part one hopes to gain much from the whole program. Many thanks for the opportunity.

What a great introduction to Taiji! While the details on the basic movements of the positive and negative circle are great, the discussion of Taiji theory and Yin Yang Separation is perfectly woven into the lesson.

I have been thinking a lot about and working on Yin Yang Separation lately, so this was the ideal compliment I needed for my practice. I would recommend this video before Basic Foundations and “Yilu first 13 moves simple lesson”.
