Several basic concepts are introduced and very well explained with special emphasis to their practical value (application, consequences). It’s an eye-opener for several things.
Only problem is that you are starting to see how, uh, interestingly some self-proclaimed masters on youtube move. The difference after watching this video here is that I now have a better understanding of why I don’t like their forms – the challenge is of course, to integrate the new understanding into what I am doing. 😉
Oh, and if you happened to come across CMC’s beautiful hand and never could make any sense of it, this will help. A lot.
I liked the intro where he went into some epistemology for philosophy of metaphysics.
Most of the subject matters and skill sets I’ve gone through sustained practice and have discovered the “questions” on my own. So this video is a good review for me, in case I missed something of classical conditioning using my own research and studies.
I probably got the most benefit from the line concept as it applies to Taiji movements. It’s always good to have a goal in mind when doing a training exercise.
Mr Chen Zhonghua explains very well. While teaching the explanations are the best I have ever heard. I am greatful for his knowledge. I would recommend this video. Thank you Mr Chen Zhonghua
