Tossing, Moving and Rotation

by Chen Zhonghua Taiji Academy on 2010/10/29

This afternoon we managed to taped a 25-minute session on the error of Tossing. In this mini lesson, I had to integrate the concepts of tossing, moving and rotation into one. Really, I could not talk about Tossing in isolation. An exercise called 3-count stepping was introduced to combat Tossing.
Thank you very much Allan, Mat, Alex and Andy for being part of this. The video will be available on Monday, if not sooner. Click here to see the video.
